About ViewCourier

ViewCourier connects to Airtable with a read-only personal access token. You pick a base, table and view, add recipients and a schedule (daily, weekly or monthly, in your timezone), and it emails that view as a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) attachment. The file follows the view: same filters, sort and column order.

Useful for weekly client reports, daily backups outside Airtable, and morning emails of overdue tasks or new records. Empty views can be skipped so nobody gets a blank email. Every run is logged, and you get an alert if an export fails.

The site also has free tools that need no signup: Airtable base to CSV (ZIP), Airtable to Excel, a record counter and a schema export. Plans start at 9 EUR/month with a 14-day free trial, no card required. ViewCourier is a product of BASIT B.V. (Netherlands).

What problem does it solve?

Airtable has no built-in way to send a view as a CSV file on a schedule: automation emails are plain text and cap at 100 records, and CSV downloads are manual. Teams end up downloading CSVs by hand every week or paying for multi-step Zapier/Make scenarios.
