  • Mobile Applications: For applicable services on Play Store or App Store

Each product or service may have its own additional terms, licenses, or usage guidelines.

4. User Accounts

To access some of our services, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

  • Prices are displayed in INR, USD, or as applicable by location

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date

9. Mobile App Usage

By downloading or using our apps:

  • You agree to the data permissions and disclosures per the App Store / Play Store

  • App functionality may vary depending on device and OS version

  • App updates may be automatic or manual depending on settings

Do not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our apps.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service if:

  • You engage in illegal or harmful behavior

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, and any remaining data may be deleted.

  • That data loss won’t occur (you are responsible for backups)

  • Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the previous 3 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PURSHO Enterprises, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

For international users, local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
