Jeb Balise, looking for an effective way to build traffic for his group of dealerships that would also generate incremental revenue and improve the experience he could deliver to his customers, saw an opportunity. Focused on wash quality and developing his staff, Jeb discusses what it took to develop a stand-alone car wash business that draws new business to the dealership, and keeps customers driving onto the property week after week.
