RingCentral Rooms: NEW touchscreen displays and meeting room hardware partners | #customersupport #supporticket

Keeping up with work doesn’t just feel harder than ever. Thanks to our busier schedules, staying connected at work is harder.

Compared to before the pandemic, the average worker attends 250% more meetings in 2022. And that’s not really a surprise. With more colleagues going permanently remote—and fewer face-to-face encounters at the office—meetings are now vital to staying connected.

But today’s meetings are not all virtual. In our hybrid workplaces, meetings are often a mix of in-person and virtual. And meeting rooms not only provide a physical space for productive sessions, but also bridge the gaps for in-office and remote participants.

That’s why we’re excited to announce a new partnership with a leading global provider for touchscreen interactive displays, Avocor, as well as some additional exciting innovations in RingCentral Rooms.

What is Avocor?

The best meeting room experience is when software and hardware join together. That’s why we partner with leading companies around the world to offer complete solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.

Our newest partner, Avocor, makes RingCentral Rooms more equitable, inclusive, interactive, and user-friendly than ever before.

Avocor is a global leader in collaborative technology solutions, offering interactive touchscreen displays and collaborative solutions that make meeting participation intuitive and seamless. Together with RingCentral, it’s a powerful combination to introduce RingCentral Rooms for Touch, a new joint solution we’re bringing to market.
